We love chips and salsa in our house and restaurant style salsa is my favorite! I’m always trying new salsa recipes because it’s one of my favorite foods! This year we participate in a CSA with a local farm (see here). We have been enjoying delicious fruits and veggies all summer. The best part is that is all locally grown!
I also planted a mini garden myself this year, which admittedly is still a work in progress. But all these fresh veggies means yummy and fresh foods for us! I have been playing around with salsa recipes lately. This is my recently created recipe.
I used my Cuisinart Food Processor (here), which is one of my favorite and most used kitchen tools. However, you can use any food processor or blender that you have on hand.
This recipe is super simple to whip up in a flash. The hardest part is chopping up the jalapenos. Otherwise, it’s basically adding the ingredients into the food processor and blending.
